I am a working mother with one five year-old and one 3 month old. In my hetic schdelue, I have encouraged my five year old to take showers (with my help, of course). Is it too soon to do this? It really cuts down the time than taking a bath, and she wants to stay in there forever and complains when it's time to get out. But with a shower, she's a bit annoyed with the water slashing in her face, and she wants to get in and get out, the exact idea for me since I have not only her to get ready in the mornings, but myself and my newborn.5 year olds: Bath or shower is best??
Maybe alternate? My son likes a shower now and then as long as they are clean I guess? But is she bathing in the morning? I wouldn't be able to do that either....he bathes/showers at night..
