Usually a bath mit - but I also use a loofah %26amp; wash cloth.. Just depends on what's available at the time I feel like lathering up

Loofah all the way. Scrub off that old skin.
Sponge or a pouf. Usually the sponge if I'm bathing and the pouf when I'm showering.
